About the Role:
📖 Write/edit user documentation (online help, manuals) for small-medium software solutions using information design principles with supporting graphics.
Maintain knowledge databases, author content, moderate contributions, and manage documentation changes in a fast-paced clinical tech environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 🗄️ Maintain knowledge management database, capture/classify content leveraging domain expertise.
  • 📝 Gather info, create draft content/illustrations, ensure copyright compliance, moderate others’ content.
  • 🛠️ Support/configure documentation methods/tools; document changes via change control procedures.

Requirements:

Technical Skills:

  • 📄 Familiar with XML/HTML editors (MadCap Flare, RoboHelp), MS Word, Adobe Acrobat; DITA/SDL/XMetaL plus.
  • ⚙️ Knowledge of single-sourcing/content management; experience in software documentation and scaled agile (SAFe desirable).

Experience:

  • 🧬 Life sciences sector knowledge; solid technical writing experience in software industry.
