About the Role:
🔧 As a Technical Support Professional Intern, you’ll join IBM’s Power Hardware support team to design/execute productivity aids for infrastructure.You’ll gain firsthand experience supporting Power Server serviceability, working with real customer issues, and learning computer hardware architecture while contributing to IBM’s leading-edge technology portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 🛠️ Design and execute productivity tools for Power Server hardware support infrastructure.
  • 🔍 Analyze service structure/serviceability issues and support customer technical expectations.
  • 💻 Work with software design/test, computer architecture, and debugging across programming/scripting languages.

Requirements:

  • 🎓 Bachelor’s Degree with passion for Computer Engineering/Computer Science career path.
  • 🧠 Fundamental software design/test knowledge, computer architecture, and programming (C, C++, Java, Assembly).
  • 📜 Good debugging skills, scripting (Python, JavaScript, Perl, Bash), and strong communication.

Preferred Skills:

  • 🖥️ Knowledge of RISC architecture, computer networking, and tools (Git/GitHub, IntelliJ).
