🗂️ Key Responsibilities:

  • 🔍 Source and engage top technical candidates through job boards, social platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub), and professional networks — building rich talent pipelines for engineering, data, and product roles
  • 📋 Screen resumes and conduct initial technical and culture-fit interviews — evaluating candidates’ tech stack knowledge, communication skills, and alignment with client requirements
  • 🗓️ Coordinate interviews, assessments, and feedback seamlessly with hiring teams — maintaining candidate pipelines and tracking progress in the ATS with meticulous accuracy
  • 📊 Advise hiring managers on job requirements, market trends, and candidate profiles — supporting employer branding through targeted outreach and recruitment events

✅ Requirements:

🔑 Must-Haves:

  • 🎓 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 💼 2–5 years of experience hiring for technical roles — engineering, data science, and product management
  • 💬 Strong communication skills — written and verbal — with the ability to build trust with both candidates and hiring managers
  • ⚡ Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously in a fast-paced, remote-first environment

🛠️ Technical Skills:

  • 🛠️ Strong understanding of tech stacks, engineering roles, and modern software development processes
  • 📊 Proficiency with sourcing tools — LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, AngelList — and ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Zoho Recruit, etc.)
  • 🌍 Comfortable working across global time zones — India, US, UK, and Europe
  • 🤖 Familiarity with AI-assisted recruiting tools for candidate sourcing and screening is a strong plus
