  • 🏗️ Build scalable backend apps using Python Django and FastAPI
  • 🔌 Develop and optimize REST APIs and backend services
  • 🗄️ Work with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis
  • ✅ Write clean, maintainable code — follow best practices daily
  • 🧑‍🏫 Mentor junior developers and improve engineering standards
  • 🔍 Participate in system design, code reviews, and tech discussions

✅ Requirements:

🔑 Must-Haves:

  • 5+ years in Python backend development
  • Deep expertise in Django, Django ORM, Django Admin, and RBAC
  • Hands-on with FastAPI and API development
  • Strong communication for remote cross-functional teams

🛠️ Technical Skills:

  • PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis — solid hands-on experience
  • Good grasp of system design and scalable architecture
  • Clean code practices — OOP, SOLID principles
  • Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines is a plus
