About the Role:
💼 Drive business development for VOC/GSIT Division product portfolio, targeting private & government clients in Noida region through client visits and deal closures.
Identify opportunities, prepare quotations, present services, and leverage marketing tools while maintaining HSE compliance and strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- 🎯 Business development: Recognize prospective clients, build database, visit/interact to close deals, follow major projects/opportunities.
- 📋 Prepare/submit quotations, present BV services, identify client needs, follow up, and keep division heads informed.
- 🛠 Use marketing tools (presentations, profiles, service sheets, references); participate in exhibitions/seminars/conferences.
- 🛡️ Comply with BV Cardinal Safety Rules, HSE policies, report incidents/unsafe conditions, share improvement opportunities.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- 🎓 BSc, BCA, or MBA degree required.
Skills & Qualities:
- 🗣 Excellent interpersonal, communication skills; good personal hygiene, computer & analytical abilities.
- 📊 2+ years sales/business development experience preferred for client acquisition/retention/growth.
KPIs:
- 📈 Sales/revenue targets, client relationships, cost control, compliance with internal/external guidelines.
