🗂️ Key Responsibilities:
- 🖥️ Deliver compelling product demos to doctors and practice owners via online presentations
- 🤝 Work with the SDR team to identify prospects and build pre-meeting demos
- 📊 Manage and update the sales pipeline in Zoho CRM daily and weekly
- 🚀 Act as a product evangelist — stay updated on new features and product launches
- 🔄 Coordinate with the client onboarding team after deal closure
✅ Requirements:
🔑 Must-Haves:
- 5+ years in a customer-facing SaaS sales or Account Executive role
- Experience working with US/global clients — preferably in healthcare or dental SaaS
- Excellent presentation and communication skills — American accent preferred
- Must be comfortable working night shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST
🛠️ Technical Skills:
- Experience with CRM software — Zoho CRM is a strong plus
- Strong product demo and B2B sales skills
- Self-starter with a go-getter attitude and ability to work independently
- Ability to explain complex SaaS product features in simple, clear language
