You’ll manage end-to-end IT recruitment — from sourcing to offer rollouts — for roles like Developers, DevOps, Cloud Engineers, and Product Managers. Fast-paced. High ownership. Real impact. 🎯👥

🗂️ Key Responsibilities:

  • 🔍 Source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals for technical IT roles
  • 📞 Conduct initial screening calls, evaluate technical fit, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • 🗓️ Manage full interview coordination — scheduling, feedback, offer negotiation, and onboarding
  • 🗄️ Maintain candidate data and hiring metrics using ATS tools — Naukri RMS, Zoho Recruit, Greenhouse, or Lever
  • 🏗️ Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future IT hiring needs

✅ Requirements:

🔑 Must-Haves:

  • 2–6 years of experience in IT / technical recruitment
  • Strong understanding of IT job roles, tech stacks, and skill sets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple requisitions in a fast-paced remote environment

🛠️ Technical Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with ATS and HRMS tools — Zoho Recruit, Greenhouse, Lever
  • Strong LinkedIn sourcing and networking skills
  • Knowledge of market salaries and IT hiring trends in 2026
  • Familiarity with campus hiring and employer branding activities is a plus
