🗂️ Key Responsibilities:

  • 📱 Manage Facebook community — respond to messages, comments, and reviews in real time
  • 🤝 Identify and manage influencer and doctor ambassador relationships
  • 🔍 Monitor and protect online brand reputation — resolve concerns, promote success stories
  • 🚀 Design and run lead generation campaigns — create lead magnets, offers, and CTAs for Facebook
  • 📊 Track KPIs — engagement, follower growth, sentiment score, and conversion rates

✅ Requirements:

🔑 Must-Haves:

  • 7–9 years in community building and social media management
  • Proven success in Facebook community growth and lead generation
  • Strong online reputation management experience
  • Must be comfortable with US shift: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST

🛠️ Technical Skills:

  • Proficient with social media management and analytics tools
  • Experience in influencer marketing and ambassador programs
  • Strong understanding of content strategy, social media trends, and audience targeting
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
