🗂️ Key Responsibilities:

  • 📊 Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports — revenue, churn, retention, billing, and collections KPIs using Zoho Analytics or Power BI
  • 🗄️ Write complex SQL queries — joins, CTEs, window functions, aggregations, deduplication — and validate data across CRM, billing, and support systems
  • 🤖 Build automations and workflows in CRM tools using triggers, webhooks, and AI tools — eliminate manual repetitive tasks
  • 🔍 Work deeply with SaaS CRM data — leads, deals, renewals, churn, onboarding — and surface anomalies through exception reporting
  • 📋 Support Finance Ops, Sales Ops, RevOps, and Leadership with ad-hoc analysis and actionable insights

✅ Requirements:

🔑 Must-Haves:

  • 3+ years of hands-on SQL experience — complex production-grade queries
  • Strong understanding of SaaS operations datasets and CRM data flows
  • Experience with BI tools — Zoho Analytics, Power BI, or similar
  • High attention to detail with a structured, logical approach to problem-solving

🛠️ Technical Skills:

  • Experience with automation platforms — Zapier, Make, n8n, or CRM workflow tools
  • Familiarity with finance ops reporting — billing, churn, revenue leakage, renewals
  • Python (pandas) or spreadsheet modeling — nice to have
  • Experience with APIs, webhooks, and chatbot integrations — strong plus
