You’ll lead a team of engineers and build high-performance backend systems using Python, Django, and FastAPI.
You’ll design scalable architectures, mentor developers, and own project delivery end-to-end. 100% remote. No middle management. 🐍⚙️

🗂️ Key Responsibilities:

  • 🏗️ Design and build scalable backend apps using Python Django and FastAPI
  • 🔌 Build and optimize REST APIs and backend services
  • 🗄️ Work with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis
  • 👥 Lead and mentor a team — task allocation, feedback, and coaching
  • 📋 Own sprint planning and stakeholder coordination
  • ✅ Conduct code reviews and enforce clean code standards

✅ Requirements:

🔑 Must-Haves:

  • 5+ years in Python backend development
  • Strong expertise in Django, Django ORM, Django Admin, and RBAC
  • Experience with FastAPI and API development
  • Proven experience leading or mentoring engineering teams
  • Strong communication skills for remote cross-functional collaboration

🛠️ Technical Skills:

  • PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis — hands-on experience
  • Solid grasp of system design, clean code, and scalable architecture
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects end-to-end
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows is a plus
