🎯 About the Role:
As Digital and Growth Manager at Shuru, you’ll own the entire inbound engine — making Shuru visible, credible, and discoverable to exactly the founders, CTOs, and product leaders who need what they build.In 2026, India’s digital advertising market commands ₹49,000 crore — growing 20% year-on-year — and B2B tech marketers who combine SEO, LLM visibility, and content strategy are among the highest-paid professionals in the country.This is a greenfield role — you’ll build from scratch, work directly with management, and own the pipeline! 🎯📈


🗂️ Key Responsibilities:

  • 🚀 Build and scale the inbound lead engine from scratch — run structured experiments across SEO, LinkedIn, content, and communities; track MQLs, SQLs, and content-attributed pipeline — not vanity metrics
  • 🔍 Build and own SEO strategy — keyword architecture, topical authority, technical hygiene — and improve Shuru’s presence in AI-generated answers (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews)
  • 📱 Manage Shuru’s LinkedIn company page and develop compelling content for founder and leadership personal profiles — measuring engagement quality through comments, DMs, and inbound interest from the right personas
  • 🤖 Use AI tools aggressively for ideation, drafting, and repurposing — build repeatable playbooks and a content repurposing system: one asset → five distribution touchpoints across communities, newsletters, Slack groups, Reddit, and niche forums

✅ Requirements:

🔑 Must-Haves:

  • 🎓 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 💼 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or content strategy — ideally in a B2B tech or SaaS environment
  • 📊 Proven ability to track and report on MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline metrics — not just traffic and sessions
  • 💬 Excellent written communication skills — able to create sharp, authoritative B2B content for technical audiences

🛠️ Technical Skills:

  • 🔍 Strong SEO skills — keyword architecture, topical authority, technical SEO hygiene, and link-building
  • 🤖 Understanding of LLM visibility / GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) — how to appear in ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews
  • 🎬 Experience planning and overseeing short-form and long-form video content — scripting to distribution
  • ⚙️ Proficiency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, etc.) for content ideation, drafting, and scaling output at speed
