π― About the Role:
This isn’t your typical sales role β as a Technical Account Executive at SigNoz, you’ll own the entire deal cycle end-to-end β from the first conversation all the way through to making the customer successful. Top-performing Enterprise Account Executives in India earn up to βΉ1.88 Cr annuallyβ and at SigNoz, your technical depth in observability means you’ll close bigger deals, faster, without needing a Sales Engineer sidekick! π―π
ποΈ Key Responsibilities:
- π Run full-cycle enterprise deals independently β from discovery, demos, and technical queries to helping with instrumentation, dashboards, and navigating security/finance/legal evaluations
- π€ Work directly with customer engineering teams to design OpenTelemetry instrumentation strategies, customize dashboards, and optimize SigNoz deployments for their specific use cases
- π Identify patterns across customer engagements and feed intelligence back to product teams β helping build better defaults, templates, and tooling for the broader community
- ποΈ Build the foundation for SigNoz’s Sales/CS function from the ground up β with a clear path to grow into a leadership role as the company scales globally
β Requirements:
π Must-Haves:
- π Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- πΌ 2β6 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role β Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, or Technical Customer Success Manager
- π¬ Excellent written and verbal communication skills β clear, actionable, and impactful with both customers and internal teams
- π€ Comfortable running every customer meeting independently β no need for a support buddy!
π οΈ Technical Skills:
- βοΈ Good understanding of modern cloud platforms β AWS / GCP / Azure, Containers, and Kubernetes
- π Solid knowledge of observability platforms β SigNoz, Grafana/Prometheus, Datadog, or similar tools
- π Familiarity with OpenTelemetry instrumentation strategies, APM, distributed tracing, and monitoring
- βοΈ Strong technical writing skills β ability to create clear documentation that engineering teams actually use
