About the Role:
📞 Support large-scale KYC uplift program handling identity verification for retail/commercial customers via voice/email, ensuring compliance and excellent service.
Validate documentation, manage cases, resolve exceptions, and meet KPIs in a high-volume customer-centric environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- ☎️ Handle customer calls guiding through KYC requirements; validate ID/docs via systems, ensure policy compliance.
- 📧 Manage case workflow for emailed docs; follow up empathetically for incompletes, prioritize per team leader assignments.
- 🤝 Collaborate to resolve exceptions; meet SLAs/KPIs balancing compliance, turnaround, and customer experience.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
- 🎓 Graduate/Bachelor’s degree; excellent written/spoken English.
Preferred Skills:
- 👥 Customer service/contact center experience; basic KYC/IDV knowledge (Australian processes advantage).
- 🧠 Analytical skills for doc review/verification; problem-solving, compliance orientation, attention to detail/empathy.
- 💬 Effective communication (verbal/written); tech fluency with multiple systems/workflows.
