About the Role:
📋 Support Engineering Change Management (ECM) by tracking/receiving product documentation, performing data validation, preparing reports, and managing ECO documentation workflows.Collect/distribute documentation for Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), track customer program metrics, and ensure data accuracy across electronic/hard copy formats.

Key Responsibilities:

• 📄 Receive/validate product documentation (electronic/hard copy); prepare/sort source documents, identify/interpret data for entry.
• ⌨️ Type process/status reports, assign/monitor document numbers, perform data corrections, and contact stakeholders for inconsistencies.
• 📊 Collect/report process performance metrics; track customer program work for reporting; ensure ECM documentation compliance.

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

• 🎓 Diploma E&TC or Electrical (0–2 years EMS/Process engineering experience preferred).
• ⏰ Willingness to work any shift in manufacturing environment.

Skills:

• 👀 Attention to detail for data validation/tracking; basic computer skills for documentation management.
• 🤝 Comfortable contacting stakeholders for data clarification/corrections.
